How often can the Luxe Lashlift Set be repeated?

The Luxe Lashlift Set is gentle on your eyelashes. Even so, we recommend waiting at least 3 weeks between lifts to avoid overworking them. Ideally you wait until the effect has worn off, which is 8 weeks later.

Can I apply mascara or shower afterwards?

Can I apply mascara afterwards?

Yes, but we recommend leaving your lashes untouched for at least 24 hours after the treatment. You may not even need mascara any more. If you do want to make your lashes even fuller, use a non-waterproof mascara: removing waterproof mascara puts a lot of stress on the lashes and weakens the lift.

Can I take a shower afterwards?

Of course. But it is best to avoid it for the first 24 hours.

Can I dye my eyelashes after the lift?

Yes, you can. Simply use our Luxe Tint Set.

It is best to tint your lashes after the treatment. You can read more about this in the instructions.

Make sure that for 24h after the application no water or other liquids touch your lashes, otherwise the effect may be lost.

Who is a Luxe Lashlift Set not suitable for?

A Luxe Lashlift Set is not suitable for you if you have chronically dry eyes, conjunctivitis, an active eye infection of any kind, trichotillomania, or if you have recently undergone chemotherapy (please wait at least one year after your last treatment).

The eyelashes have not lifted properly. What to do?

Most people rush through the process, which is why their eyelashes do not lift properly. The two solutions that deserve extra attention and time are the fixation and the perm lotion. If either of them is removed too soon, the lashes do not absorb the ingredients properly.

Note: if your lashes are thick, that does not mean you should apply the solution too heavily. That would destroy the lift again.

Note: which eyelash pad did you choose? The lash pad is the foundation of everything here. Feel free to vary the sizes of the lash pads as well, because the same size does not suit everyone.

For example, if you do not have very long lashes and want a strong curl, size S is probably right for you. If you have very long eyelashes this pillow will probably be too small, and you are better off with M or L.

I have applied it, but I do not see any difference

It is important that you really follow every step correctly and keep to the given times for exposure to the substances.

If you still have problems, ask another person to help you the first time, and the next time you will manage better on your own.

Which lash pad did you choose? The lash pad is the foundation of everything here. Feel free to vary the sizes of the lash pads as well, because the same size does not suit everyone.

The eyelash pad does not hold

1. Clean the pad and your eyelid thoroughly

2. Apply a thin layer of glue to the back of the eyelash pad and let it dry for 30-60 seconds before you stick the pad to your eyelid.

3. Now press the eyelash pad calmly for about 60-90 sec. onto your eyelid.

If this is not enough, repeat steps 1 and 2, but this time apply a thin layer of glue to your eyelid & to the back of the lash pad. If necessary you can also add some glue afterwards (for example if one corner of the pad does not hold).

The eyebrow hairs were not stretched enough. The glue may have loosened while lotion 1 was working, so the eyebrows were no longer fixed in shape.

In a Luxe Tint treatment a pea-sized amount of Tint (about 1cm) is mixed with about 10-12 drops of Oxidant Gel (activating lotion) until it has a creamy consistency, and then spread evenly over eyebrows/lashes. (Mixing ratio 1:1)

The result lasts up to 6 weeks on the hair. The result does vary though.

How often can I repeat a Luxe Tint treatment?

The Luxe Tint treatment is gentle on your eyelashes and eyebrows and can therefore be repeated at any time. Ideally you wait until the effect has worn off.

I have not used up my mixed Luxe Tint. Can I reuse it at a later date?

Tint that has already been mixed cannot be reused, because the color dries after a while. Our Tint is resealable though, so it has a long shelf life.

How long does the Luxe Tint treatment take?

The treatment takes about 10-20 minutes, depending on the application time.

Is the treatment painful?

The treatment should not be painful as long as there is no allergic reaction. We recommend doing a patch test 24 hours beforehand, preferably on an inconspicuous area. Even so, that is no guarantee that a reaction is excluded.

Can I use mascara despite the tint?

After tinting you can apply mascara to your lashes without any problem.

Can I do the Luxe Tint treatment during pregnancy?

The same applies as for dyeing your hair. Since testing on pregnant women is not allowed, there are no studies on this.

The sachets need a certain filling volume, so there will always be some left over. Once opened, a sachet has to be used up within a few hours. So here is our tip: if you can, share the treatment with your loved ones ☺️
